Registration & Payment
Information for teams and individual players.
Registration is completed online. Payment is handled separately.
Team captains and individual players submit their registration information through the official registration process. Payment arrangements are coordinated directly with the commissioner.
Each season or qualifier may have its own registration deadline. Registration does not guarantee entry. Participation is confirmed following commissioner approval and satisfaction of applicable payment requirements.
Super Sixteen: Championship teams may carry up to 10 eligible players on their final roster. Players must satisfy the applicable qualifying-game requirements.
Player Waiver & Release
Required for all participating players.
All players participating in CCFL Boston league games, 5X5 Football qualifiers, or other sanctioned events must complete the official player waiver and release of liability before taking the field.
The waiver is completed electronically through Smartwaiver. Please complete your waiver before your first scheduled game.
Complete Player SmartwaiverWaiver submission is required for participation and does not constitute team registration or payment.
